Shipping Rates
Flat Rate Shipping:
For many items, particularly solar panels and similar products, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of R350. This applies to deliveries anywhere within the mainland South Africa. Heavier or oversized items may incur extra charges.
Variable Rate Shipping:
During checkout, shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on your postal code, order quantity, and the size or weight of the package.
Important Shipping Guidelines
To help us deliver your order quickly and without issues, please consider the following:
Provide your full and correct street address, including any relevant landmarks, to prevent delivery delays.
Include a working contact number so the courier can reach you if needed.
Maximum delivery time is 8–9 business days, provided all order details are accurate and payment is received.
When your order arrives, inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If you sign without checking and later discover damage, you will be responsible for the issue.
Immediately open the packaging upon receipt. If you notice any hidden damage, keep all packaging materials and notify us right away with clear photographs of the damage.
